“It can be a bit overwhelming to figure out which diamonds offer the best brilliance and fire, since there are so many options --- all cut with different proportions and from different suppliers that use different lighting conditions for their videos that accentuate different properties of the stones (good and bad). But if you educate yourself and do your homework and go through the countless diamonds that Ritani has to offer, you will find some real gems that are incredible deals! The value proposition is second to none.”

“Fantastic customer service! At first I was concerned spending so much for a ring I had not seen in person and buying something online, however after receiving the ring the quality of the stone and ring are absolutely what is advertised. If you are on the fence don’t think just do it, it’s worth it. Recommend 10/10”

“The experience is not very good. In fact, the diamond is really nice. But Firstly, maybe I am not live in US, I have to contact the staff in midnight cuz we are in different time zone. Sometimes I have to wait an hour to get the reply. And usually I have to said the same thing again for another staff if I talk to the staff another day. It seems there haven’t proper records. Second, the staff usually ignore my request. For example, I requested the staff do not ship the diamond to me first cuz I want to look at the diamond. There is an opportunity that I would not want the diamond after the inspection by the staff. But they still send the diamond to me directly.”

“The Diamond I ordered is gorgeous, and it was an amazing price. The delivery took way longer than originally expected, and I got multiple stories as to why...however customer service was exquisite. I don't know the last time I called an 800 number and immediate spoke to a well spoken human. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.”
