“My order was supposed to ship on 12/21 with arrival on 12/22. I called a couple days ahead of days ahead to verify and was told yes all was good. My order in fact did not ship. Multiple calls and emails and I couldn't get a straight answer. My last call on 12/22 I was told by your CS person that she would get back to via email with an update but this never happened. I finally received an email on 12/23 that it would ship out that day. This was extremely stressful as it was obviously a Christmas gift and is why I ordered in what I thought was plenty of time. Especially since I kept receiving promotional emails right up until 12/23 stating there was still time to order and receive by Christmas. I still need settings for the two diamonds but am considering purchasing them elsewhere due to my experience. Lastly, when I received the delivery and opened the box the large diamond had fallen out of the plastic container and was loose inside the box. Dave Reynolds”

“My wife was extremely happy with the rings. I got her three geometric stacking rings - two yellow gold (to represent our two daughters) and one white gold (to represent our son). They were the last and best Christmas present. Her sister and mother loved them too. I was happy with the ease of the Ritani website and I liked the 20% off promotion. I wish Fedex arrived when they said they would but otherwise great transaction.”

“Ritani's customer service is very good, even in the pandemic-plagued Christmas 2020 season. As to the product purchased, it was very small compared to its description on Ritani's website and the price paid for it. If my wife does not like it for those reasons, we will return it. If she likes it, then that will be great.”

“I bought two 1 carat lab diamonds to be set into stud ear rings. The selection and the evaluation of the diamonds on the website and was straightforward. I did not need the help of a salesperson. The website was easy to navigate. The purchase was simple and the diamond stud earrings arrived via FedEx in a lovely box the day after they were shipped. I would definitely use Ritani, again.”

“I’m disappointed. My ring was shipped 2 sizes smaller. I had requested a 4.5 and received a 6.5. My fiancé and I were planning on telling our family about the engagement on Christmas Eve, but now I’m not sure it’s going to be possible.”

“I haven’t yet confirmed their prices, but they appear to be somewhat better than the average on the market. The rest of the evaluation isn’t so good. The diamonds selected to be delivered by a certain date—birthday—weren’t available for a lengthy extended period beyond the initial promise. “Would you like replacements of the diamonds.” I was asked and agreed to. The first replacement suggestion was inferior to that which I’d selected and paid for. When I pointed this out, an apology was given along with an acknowledgement of the error. This story continues in a similar vein, but I’m skipping those details, except at the end The appraisal only covers one of the diamonds, not both. I’ll be having an independent GIA appraisal. I doubt we’ll be doing business again.”

“Overall - very satisfied. Ease of selection, pictures, explanations, website navigation are very good. Price was good. Final product was great, packaging was great. Very good value. Actual delivery, however, took place 2 weeks past the expected delivery time indicated during the checkout, apparently due to transportation delay of shipment of the diamond from a faraway location. Communication was very good, emails with hopeful updates from actual customer service persons were arriving after 8PM EST each business day. Thanks for all the effort of customer service specialists! I would very much recommend Ritani for rings with lab-grown diamond. However, depending on how soon you need the diamond and ring, allow about 2 weeks more than indicated on the website for delivery during these challenging times, as their website did not mention or did not expect such delays when I was placing my order. Thanks again!”

“My solitaire is gorgeous!! I love how easy it was to personally pick the diamond I wanted and the ring style. The only suggestion I have is to be able to view the side of the ring in the selection area. Awesome experience ♥️”
