“Ridiculous procedure - Order No. 169617/210720/28 my goods have not been delivered. All I can do is fill in another form with the same details and receive yet another reference No. 45360747 and 45360565 so far - why can't I send you an email? It would be more professional! Do not ask me to fill in another form, just reimburse me and I'll shop elsewhere.”

“Ordered in june, still no delivery, was told being sent again ,received nothing, emails are not being answered now . No way of contacting them other than email,no response to email even after waiting the 3 days to make contact .”

“Fantastic range of sensory toys and equipment at reasonable prices which is a rarity. Our son has loved exploring his new toys and usually has an issue with wet textures but has loved playing with the neon slime which is a great development. Will definitely be buying from here again!”

“We had to return an item, which they accepted. After a string of truly AWFUL experiences with this company we want to close our account. We now have a credit sitting on our account which they refuse to refund to us. We are a school and in charge of public money. As far as I'm concerned what they're doing is tantamount to theft.”
