“Ordered no problem but items didn't arrive. I contacted customer services and was told my order number didn't exist and they couldn't find my order even though they had taken my money over 2 weeks previously. After a few emails back and forth my order was finally dispatched. It total it took nearly 3 weeks for them to be delivered. Once delivered one of the items arrived broken/cracked so was unusable and a waste of money. I'm really disappointed as this was my first order with this company but will definitely be the last. I ended up purchasing similar items elsewhere as didn't think it was ever going to arrive so ended up spending double the money and having duplicate items. Not a happy customer!”
