Placed an order on 11th February 2023 still haven’t received it. After numerous emails chasing this I was told a replacement order was being sent on 31st March. Nothing received and they aren’t replying to my emails. There is no telephone number just an email or website contact form. Really disappointing dishonest service from them.

Awful customer service. Our order was due to arrive in 3-5 working days. The order tracking didn't work so when we contacted them on day 5 they told us to "rest assured that the parcel would arrive in 3-5 working days". It's now day 6 and no update. The contact numbers don't work as they are short staffed.

I recently purchased the Rainbow Blocks for my 4-year-old daughter. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of these blocks. They are made of high-quality material and come in a range of vibrant colours, which my daughter loves. They have helped her learn about colours, shapes, and spatial awareness, and I am so happy with my purchase. I highly recommend these blocks to any parent looking for an excellent learning resource for young children.

We have been very unhappy with the service we have received from you. Our order was placed on the 7th March and was not received until Friday 21st April. I attempted to call on numerous occasions but it is obvious your phonelines are unmanned. I emailed and these were not responded to, one was and I was told this has been dispatched but then told it had had attempted delivery but no calling card to then receive an email that it has been dispatched again. We contacted you previously regarding an item from a previous order which was broken and got no repsonse. Appalling service and customer service

Ordered 3 items, in February. After numerous emails (9 so far). I have had only 1 item delivered, 1 refunded and the most expensive item still not refunded (after asking numerous times for) or delivered or able to tell me when this will be sorted. Very very poor customer service.

Terrible service. Waited over a month for delivery during which we had to chase. No contact from Sensory Education unless we emailed. Would not use again. Not contactable by telephone to discuss. When we requested a refund, this was ignored so we had to continue to chase / send emails.

What I love most about these resources is that they encourage open-ended play, allowing my child's imagination to run wild as they experiment with different textures, shapes, and sizes. From wooden blocks and balls to natural materials like stones and shells, there is something for every child to enjoy.

I recently made a purchase from Sensory Education and I am extremely impressed with their service. The delivery was super quick, and my package arrived in perfect condition. I was pleased with the quality of the toys I ordered, especially the Numberblocks toys. They were a great addition to our math toy selection and my son Bertie loves playing with them. The toys are a great tool for teaching basic math concepts in a fun way. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with Sensory Education and I would highly recommend them for their great range of educational toys and excellent customer service.

Unfortunately I haven’t had a good experience. My order got lost and when the second order arrived it wasn’t what I had ordered, so unfortunately I can’t say it’s been a satisfactory experience.
