“Hi I think the problem lies with not making customers aware of how long delivery will actually take! I was promised 3-5 days but didn’t get the products till a month later. There is also a problem with missing items in a delivery, to this day I have not received a primary bean bag I had ordered and have not been updated about its whereabouts! Parent with children who have SEN are already very stressed and they don’t need more stress adding to it. With regard to the prices they were the best I had found I just wish someone had been honest about delivery times from the onset. I also would love an update about my missing item”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They have no intention of delivering your goods, only taking your money and running. The customer service provided to me was absolutely disgusting and rude beyond belief. No duty of care at all.”
