“Unfortunately I ordered an item back in December and still have not received it. What makes the review a one star is that communication with this company and customer services is non existent. They send emails saying they will update me and never do. You cannot ring them as they do not answer the phone and refer to email contact. They have taken the money from me and now it’s 4 months on and I have no item. This is tantamount to stealing my money. Having since read reviews on another site not one was above one star with very dissatisfied customers. A shame as I was hopeful to get the product to help my grandson.”
