“Green Energy seem to be price gauging, my quote was for 32 - 38 thousand, they used a heap of hard sell sales tactics, was not happy, the solar rebate was supposed to make batteries affordable, this sort of behaviour hurts the renewable industry”

Thanks for getting in touch and bringing this to our attention. Apologies about this experience. I've followed up with this company, they let me know they have sent 2 different quotes, one was for a panel add-on and the other was a much larger full replacement of the system, they also let me know both quotes included all necessary work including switch board upgrades and cable running. I had tried giving you a call as I would like to hear from you what hard sales tactics they used, aggressive sales is not something we like to recommend ro any of our users.
