“I got 3 quotes through Solar Quotes. All companies contacted me promptly though none came out to my house before quoting even though I asked for that. This made the process harder as its not straight forward finding the best location for the battery. My switchboard is on the north facing side of the house which bakes in the summer sun and the garage is under the house with a low clearance... Eventually went with a smaller (16 kW) battery so it was short enough (height wise) to be able to go in the garage...”

Thank you for getting back to me via e-mail, it was good to hear the feedback. Apologies for any fizzling experience here. I can understand how getting quoted was a little complicated from the two installers we matched you with and I will be following up with them to let them know how to better suit our users.
