“Responded very promptly to request for 3 quotes for a heat pump hot water system when our gas hot water system failed. All 3 referenced companies got back to us quickly, 2 supplier/installers with very comparible competitive quotes on our selected system. Ended up choosing the one of these two who could install the soonest. Company was a pleasure to deal with, and we had hot water back within a few days of receiving and accepting the quote. New system has so far proven to be free to run off our solar PV.”
“Perhaps I'm not that easy to contact, as I have my phone off a lot, but I was willing to converse with the Tamworth Phased Electrical and Solar by SMS, and sent him our request and details using his SMS after he tried to phone me. I get a bit flustered on phone calls, and prefer to type details to know that they can be reread and are understood. Oral conversations may be misunderstood. Sorry. Was phoned by both an Armidale and a Sydney company, and I thank that Sydney person for their emailed recommendations. But I do prefer a Tamworth based business, obviously. So, maybe they aren't interested because we already have panels and a Fronius Inverter. I don't understand. I think we shall look around next month, thanks.”

“Very quick response to my enquiry from 3 installers.
2 of these were very comprehensive and actively followed up, engaged and undertook a site visit.
The 3rd installer was much less professional and seemed a bit disinterested. His quote was "cheap and cheerful" while the other two quotes were more premium.
It was a difficult choice between the two premium quotes. Both quoted Tesla Powerwall 3 (as well as an alternative), but they each offered differnt but high quality panels. Site visits from each were professional and informative. Not a lot of difference in the bottom line price. In the end it rested on who I felt most comfortable with. I am sure I would have a received a quality installation from either.”
