“Sara was very caring and helpful with my concern regarding my recent purchase. Was a bit unhappy with my purchase. She wanted to know why I wasn't happy. “Our Naos XS Flora ice blue watch is beautiful. The watch is fantastic in person - love the minimalist design. I bought it as a gift for my wife. She loves it. The ordering process with Sternglas online was easy. I let them know that I need the watch within a few days to have it in time for her birthday. They made sure I received it on time.”
