“This watch is pretty but it is not a readable chronograph. The minute subdial and hour subdial are identical, resulting in a 2-1/2 minute interval which is useless for a chronograph. I purchased this as a tool for my job and it is unable to complete that function. This is a fashion watch only. Customer service showed no interest in maintaining customer happiness.”

Dear Matthew, thank you very much for your feedback. As we told you in our E-Mail we created the Chrono in the way as the most of our customers wished for. We are very sorry that the watch is not what you expected and that you can't use it for your work. Unfortunately we can't create a new dial with new functions espacially for your watch. “I ordered a watch as a gift for my boyfriend from Strenglass and I had a very positive experience. The website is very well designed and very intuitive. The watches are very elegant. “Received the Taiga GMT a few days ago and could not be more pleased with the thoughtfulness in design and beautiful execution. GMT and date functioning as expected and would absolutely recommend for anyone trying to track multiple time zones. No comments on durability and longevity but I don't foresee that being a problem.”

“Extremely tasteful designs and German precision crafting. The automatic watches especially feel very premium. As further growth improvements: - more automatic models, potentially exploring new movements - dials need a bit more 3 dimensionality, either texture or lume dots etc - premium straps like the buckle and seam edition should come back.. This is by far the best leather strap I have in my 30+ watch collection”
