“The two watches i bought look very nice, but they are not very substantial. Also, each one occasional has the winding mechanism inadvertantly disengage, changing the time.”

Moin David, Thanks for your feedback :). We are very pleased to hear that you like your watches. It's a shame that our quality couldn't completely convince you, we always do our best here and would like to change this accordingly! Regarding the crown, we may be able to help you with some information: Indeed, there is a slight gap between the crown and the watch case. We decided to have this gap to ensure better handling and tactile feedback. It usually happens when the crown gets caught on something like a pocket or when the sleeve inadvertently pulls the crown out. Although it's a rare occurrence, we are aware of it. Unfortunately, there isn't a quick solution for this issue, and we can't modify the crown. However, we will make adjustments in future models, but this will take some time. We would recommend being a bit more cautious, especially when reaching into your pocket, to ensure that the crown hasn't been pulled out unintentionally. “Eigentlich wolle ich mir wieder eine Max bill kaufen,nachdem die alte nach 4jahren irreparabel ihren Geist aufgeben hatte (Uhrwerks haterung mehrfach gebrochen ) dabei bin ich auf Sternglas gestoßen. Die Uhr hat mir so gefallen ,dass ich gleich für meine Tochter eine zweite Uhr mitbestestelllt habe Vielen Dank G. Zeune”

“I was very excited to receive this watch. However, sternglass did not offer the option to require a signature for delivery and the package was stolen. I reported the stolen package and never heard from customer service from the mail carrier or sternglass. It seems to me that for such a high value package, the option to require a signature at time of delivery should be available.”
