“Overall Sternglas as a company is fantastic, love what they are acheiving. I would say simply the quality is there from the saphaire glass and the leather bands, its great every day carry (EDC). I would love to see some possibilties of more luminous dials / hands but otherwise looking at the big picture. Great company and products!”

“First we order the S01-ND01-NB02 NAOS but it was to little. We send it back and it was correctly repaid. Then, we order de Naos Automatic blue . After payment we recept the watch within three days! My husband is very delighted with it. You kept all your promises. Thank You!”

“Poor customer service. I've been trying to get in touch with the company to return the watch I purchased, but they haven't been responding to any of my requests. The watch I received is much smaller than I expected, and it's just not what I was looking for. It's frustrating that the company isn't addressing my concerns, and I'm disappointed with the overall experience.”

“Really pleased with my purchase ,does not disappoint in quality in any way , would have liked a slightly longer strap but that easily rectified ,I'll certainly be back at a later date to look at another purchase”

“Updated review --- (After a bit too long waiting when I got the problem) I got an excellent after-sale service from Sternglas. My (non working out of the box) watch was replaced with a new one, I had a voucher to send the old one back and got the new one in a few days. The watch is very nice, is the same as the description on the web site and (now) works like a charm. Thank you for this happy ending. --- I have bought a nice refurb watch from Sternglas. But ... I have received a non functioning quartz watch. The date is stuck 3 weeks ago, meaning the watch has not been checked before being sent. Is it the battery ? I don't know, trying to change the battery might end up half as expensive as the rebate I had buying a refurb. Additionnally, the watch I received is not the same as the one advertised on the web site; details are differ : no backplate engraving for instance. So far experience is poor, waiting wor Sternglas reply since reception. I am considering sending it back, but I regret that the open box effect is ruined by this poor process.”

“The watch looks great. Just got it so cant comment much more. Also have a 5 year old Topograph and works great. The yellow strap could be couple of centimeters longer. Also the strap looks bit less quality compared to the watch - would love if it was slightly thicker, feels like it wont last long....”
