“Hello when I sent this below email this morning , I received an email of the confirmation of my order which has nothing to do with my email, it was about a damaged item !below email : Hello , when I received my order (US order E10034712) and first opened the vintage mocha leather strap it was damaged, has a wide significant scratch (see attached photo) the black envelope packaging was not damaged at all. The gray leather strap arrived without issue. There is also a number (?tracking /invoice - RE022024121060) Wanted to see what next steps to take thanks so much, Daniel O’Donnell Photo below : image0.jpeg”
