“I like the watch, it's very light and very minimalistic in design, slightly smaller on a wrist and the strap as well , not the length, the length is fine just”

“I had my eye on Sternglas for a while, specifically the Naos model, so when the time was right, I decided to pull the trigger and get one. I am pleased with the delivery time between Germany and The UK, only took a couple of days to arrive and I was informed by DHL during the whole process. So far, I am very happy with the watch and who knows if I will get another model down the line.”

“Die Uhr ist sehr schön, ich habe ja bereits 3 oder 4. Ich liebe neben dem Design auch das Saphirglas da ich meine Uhren immer trage. Dadurch sieht die Uhr auch nach langer Zeit fast wie neu aus. Super Bei der Lumatik light sieht man den Minuten- und Stundenzeiger in der Nacht leider nicht.”

Es freut uns sehr zu lesen, dass Du bereits mehrere unserer Uhren besitzt und sowohl das Design als auch das Saphirglas so schätzt. Genau dafür ist es gedacht – damit Deine Uhr auch nach vielen Einsätzen im Alltag noch wie neu aussieht. Dass Du mit der Ablesbarkeit der Zeiger bei der Lumatik Light in der Nacht nicht zufrieden bist, tut uns leid. Die Leuchtkraft hängt stark vom Auftragen der Leuchtmasse und der vorherigen Lichtaufnahme ab – bei unserem Modell ist diese eher dezent gehalten, um dem cleanen Look gerecht zu werden. Wir nehmen Dein Feedback aber sehr ernst und geben es gerne an unser Design-Team weiter, um zukünftige Modelle noch weiter zu verbessern. Wir hoffen, Du hast dennoch weiterhin Freude an Deiner Uhr! “Ordered the Naos quartz- black dial with milanaise metal band. Very nice watch. Simple design. Black on silver is always a winner in my book. I spent months looking at probably 1000+ watches of all kinds before settling on this one. In this price range, more can be had (seconds hand, chrono, etc), which I didn't discover until after ordering this one. $150 feels like. better price range for this relatively bland piece. 38mm and thin case height were the combo I was after so I'm OK with the purchase. One issue for me is I popped the clasp open to adjust to my wrist size but the clasp isn't relocking. The Sternglas (and Youtube) instructional vids don't quite help as my clasp is slightly different than the one(s) in the vids. 1 week after purchase and I still haven't worn it yet due to this issue.”

“Excellent service- ordered Saturday night on my wrist Tuesday afternoon Germany to the UK. The watch is even better in the metal. I love the style, and had been looking at Sternglas for a while. Accuracy of the quartz movement is superb, still spot on to the second after a weeks wear. I have a 8.5 inch wrist, but no problem with the strap which was not only long enough but serves to be as good quality as the watch itself. Very pleased with the purchase, and would definitely recommend for product quality and service”

“I am so impressed with company after my 1st purchase. How good a company is can be seen how they handle a problem. Within a week customer service proactively corrected my strap's issue without me needing to do a thing. Changing my rating to all 5's. I would recommend your company to anyone purchasing a watch. The service is great. I like the watch very much, Naos Bauhaus III. However, the clip on the superslim metal band that came with it does not work. I have spent a great time of time researching how it is supposed to work. Either I have a flawed piece or it's a bad design. I have now ordered from you a leather band to replace it. At my expense ($81, Order #E10048761 ). So my rating would be a 5 otherwise.”
