“I am very pleased with my Naos Automatic Yellow Edition and with my experience with Sternglas overall The watch was delivered quickly and line with the timeframe mentioned when ordering. The watch itself looks great fro a.design perspective It is comfortable to wear and works reliably I am very happy with my purchase, it may not be my last.”

“Not only are the watches beautiful, but the customer service is next level. I had an issue with the delivery service getting stuck in customs and returned, and before I could even grow concerned, the team at Sternglas had already shipped out a replacement package to make sure I got my watches as soon as possible. Great team and a wonderful product and experience all around!”

“Love the watch and had many compliments . I’ve just changed the strap for my third one after quite a few years so no complaints there . However , this time I really struggled to make the change . Probably took me about 50 minutes while last time it was maybe 5. Don’t know why . Otherwise a five star review .”

“I am very much impressed with the white face Hamburg. It's thin, elegant and very tasteful. I bought the additional black strap, as it looks more formal with that as opposed to the standard dark brown, but with the quick release straps, this is easy to change back and forth. I had previously bought the Hamburg in Graphite, but truthfully, the coloring is too muted. I'll keep it, but it would be more attractive in jet black. Dealing with Sternglass is a pleasure. I had a delivery issue with the first Graphite order, but the Sternglass team immediately sent another, without charge, and finally, my original order, which had been misdirected by the delivery company, appeared. Again, customer service quickly sent me a return package and label and all was well. This watch appeared in a matter of days, from Hamburg to Connecticut. I'm impressed and recommend Sternglass highly.”
