“Your delivery arm is terrible your customer service is poor as the first response to email tells the customer how much they are disrespected when it tells them they won’t be responded to for up to 10 days, DUMB whose idea was that!?!?! The company’s packaging was so bad the watch came inverted face down in the box moving around easily loose not secure . Now I have a moderate collection of 25 watches so my experience with the fine points of the manner in which a collector expects to be treated from the watch maker which is why I order from the company when I can because it gives me an assurance of the way I will be treated. I easily could have bought this from a reseller like Amazon EBay etc. but, I chose to align myself with Sternglas. After all, it comes down to the watch and after close inspection, I bought the automatic version for more money, the watch was not worth @$500.00. After this terrible experience I then get this email, now after the numerous back and forth of about 20 email your email arrived which shows me yet again Sternglas did not do any homework on my experience. If you want to re-establish a potential customer Sternglas should review their entire business model and contact me with a sincere approach. Michael Emma”

“I love the watch! Very clean and simple design. The quality of the glass and the case look excellent. The only con is the quality of the strap, the rest is perfect. Also it took 3 days to arrive. Very quick!”

“The yellow 38mm watch i ordered is exactly what i wanted. Its elegantly slim and stylish and fits perfectly on my wrist. I specifically asked for a soft black calf leather strap which feels great. I would recommend this watch to everyone.Sternglas is a professional and very helpful team. They answered all my questions. I will order from them again.”

“Unfortunately purchased the wrong size. I was happy to being able to return it and got the refund 10 days later. I think it was an impulse purchase, I will be happy to save more money and invest in a better watch as I found that 229 pounds were not the best investment. Anyway thank you for your refund.”

“The item I purchased, the Berlin, is a pretty watch. The disappointing aspect of it is that the leather band is too short. Indeed, I can only buckle the band at the last hole (and my wrist is not that large). It works, more or less, but it would be better if the band were at least an inch longer and it had 9 holes so that I could buckle the strap on the 5th hole, or in the middle. Food for thought.”
