“I have two Sternglas watches, have purchased a couple extra bands and also a wall clock. I am very impressed with the company - they seem to produce very high quality time pieces but do not overly inflate their prices like many watch companies.”

“I ordered two Zirkel clocks and a spare strap. The clocks were popular so I had to wait for them to be back in stock. When they did arrive, they were well packaged and stunning. I did have a slight issue with one of the clocks but that was promptly resolved by Sarah. Great customer service and the new nylon strap looks great on the Sternglas watch I already owned.”

“I like the watch, definitely one of my favorite. I successfully regulated the movement, I have +1 sec a day which is very impressive. The hacking movement would be nice upgrade, but as I said my watch running excellent after the regulation. Over all I'm very happy with my purchase.”

“Habe die Uhr bei einem Zweithändler gekauft und das Milanese band direkt bei euch. Das design gefällt mir sehr, leider passt das Band auf der einen Seite nicht perfekt in die Halterung. Nach einem sehr netten Telefonat mit euren Kundenservice bin ich zu einem Juwelier um die Halterung etwas aufbiegen zu lassen, dieser wollte das aber nicht tun da er Angst hatte die Uhr dabei zu beschädigen. Werde die Uhr jetzt erstmal so verschenken und ggf. nochmal einen Juwelier aufsuchen. An und für sich bin ich sehr zufrieden, allerdings fände ich es toll wenn man jede Uhr direkt mit dem wunsch Armband bestellen könnte. Dann würde so etwas wahrscheinlich auch direkt auffallen.”

“Jony Ive said “ Manufactured objects testify to who made them. They describe values.” When I look closely at my new Sternglas Hamburg Automatic, it becomes instantly clear that Dustin Fontaine and his team care deeply for what they do. This watch is beautifully designed and expertly finished. In my opinion it compares with watches at much higher price points and is a remarkable value. To use the famous words of another world class designer Dieter Rams “Weniger, aber besser” or “Less but better”. I think the Sternglas Hamburg embodies this concept. Their customer service is excellent. I have a large wrist and was in need of a longer band. I sent an email thru their site and within hours I received a polite response with links to available options. They had the band I selected shipped to me the very next day with tracking information. I would recommend Sternglas to anyone looking for a beautiful timepiece.”
