“From the beginning, they quickly answered all of my questions. I was able to order the watch. I wanted with an extra band to mix up the look. I was amazed at quick shipping time. I ordered on a Sunday and received the watch on a Wednesday. They could not have been easier to work with. I will definitely be ordering another Stern glass time piece. A ++”

“Have been a fan of Sternglas' Bauhaus designs and watches since first seeing their ads on social media during lockdown. As of now I own three Sternglas watches and have given a Hamburg Graphite Automatik to my dad as a Christmas present. As much as I have been enjoying Sternglas watches, my favorite color is yellow. It has been chewing me up inside that I could not find a tasteful yellow watch by Sternglas or anyone else. Then they released the "Naos" Automatik; in my most favorite color, yellow! The purchase and customer service experience with Sternglas was sublimely easy, and shipping was faster than any reasonable expectation I might have dared to set. Best of all, the watch is every bit as gorgeous and visually mature as I could have hoped. I have so far purchased four different watch bands for interchanging for different occasions and moods. Most telling, even though I own a number of automatic watches, three Sternglas alone, since I have started wearing my Sternglas Naos Automatik Edition in Yellow, not a day has gone by where I haven't worn it. The novelty has yet to wear off. I think it is safe to say I have finally found, my "me watch". Thanks, Sternglas for finally making a yellow-lover's dreams come true. Keep shining.”

“The company answered all my questions but living in the USA I have to correspond by email if I have question. I got the metal braclet and wish there was a video on the webpage to show how to set the watch up. I did get an email with a video but had to email the company to help me with it which was not a problem. I would purchase again from them!”
