“Whilst Sternglas is in Germany, I shopped from the U.S. west coast. Like their watches, Sternglas website is made simple and straightforward ("minimalism" !!!). Thus, it was pretty easy from browsing the products to checking out. The shipping process was prompt and it took about one week from ordering to receiving the watch I wanted to have. We are living in a digital world and I see less and less people wear a wrist watch. Even if they do, many are wearing a multifunctional smart watch these days! However, if you are missing the analog world and loving the beauty of traditional wrist watches, Sternglas is here for you!”

“Fantastic brand! Have been eyeing a few of their watches for a while. Purchased a watch on a Saturday and received it by the following Wednesday, incredibly fast shipping; especially for international shipping. Customer service is fantastic.”

“Modello Berlin verde con data e cinturino nero. Bello da vedere ma progettato male: non si legge l'ora se non in piena luce perché il grigio scuro delle lancette non fa contrasto col verde del quadrante. Dalla foto non si capisce, ma mentre gli indici sono bianchi e leggibili le lancette sono in metallo grigio. Il datario come in altri Sternglas è troppo piccolo.”

“Absolutely beautiful watch, which I bought as a gift for my boyfriend who didn't want to take it off. The shipping was also very fast, but it just so happened that the watch band was too long, a worry I had when placing the order. However, their customer service was quick to respond and offered to send me a smaller band, free of charge. I will definitely be recommending their watches to literally everyone.”

“Hi Sarah, I am pleased with my Sternglas watch but unfortunately the conecting piece on the strap has fallen off when I took the watch off last night. I am not happy with this, would it be possible to exchange the strap for a leather one? Do the leather straps have a conventional connector? Regards, Richard Stutchbury.”
