Moin David, Thanks for your feedback :). We are very pleased to hear that you like your watches. It's a shame that our quality couldn't completely convince you, we always do our best here and would like to change this accordingly! Regarding the crown, we may be able to help you with some information: Indeed, there is a slight gap between the crown and the watch case. We decided to have this gap to ensure better handling and tactile feedback. It usually happens when the crown gets caught on something like a pocket or when the sleeve inadvertently pulls the crown out. Although it's a rare occurrence, we are aware of it. Unfortunately, there isn't a quick solution for this issue, and we can't modify the crown. However, we will make adjustments in future models, but this will take some time. We would recommend being a bit more cautious, especially when reaching into your pocket, to ensure that the crown hasn't been pulled out unintentionally.
