“Eigentlich wolle ich mir wieder eine Max bill kaufen,nachdem die alte nach 4jahren irreparabel ihren Geist aufgeben hatte (Uhrwerks haterung mehrfach gebrochen ) dabei bin ich auf Sternglas gestoßen. Die Uhr hat mir so gefallen ,dass ich gleich für meine Tochter eine zweite Uhr mitbestestelllt habe Vielen Dank G. Zeune”

“It was my first automatic watch. I was a little scared cause I didn't know if the size would fit with my wrist, but now I'm really happy because the watch is simply fantastic.”

“I was very excited to receive this watch. However, sternglass did not offer the option to require a signature for delivery and the package was stolen. I reported the stolen package and never heard from customer service from the mail carrier or sternglass. It seems to me that for such a high value package, the option to require a signature at time of delivery should be available.”

“A new watch company with a VERY young and progressive staff. The watch industry has so many small specialized component manufacturers, that it is possible for an enterprising designer, to put together a complete watch line without having to invent/manufacture their own calibres in either mechanical or quartz. These are very stylish watches and I bought a very slender one in olive green because I am tired of large watches catching on my pockets and doorways. I love it!!”

“The whole online purchasing experience was really bad, not able to change color of strap on the spot, needed to send email to support team to request for that. However, customer need to 'follow' the support team's schedule, else they won't make the necessary changes on time. As a result, customer is forced to accept a watch without the strap change requested. Unless, customer is willing to make all the effort to send the item back again and reorder. In short, the purchasing flow and support team can really use some improvement. At the moment, I wouldn't recommend Sternglas to any of my friends.”

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to carry out a direct selection once a watch with the corresponding strap has been ordered :(. But in general you can actually choose your watch independently of your strap, please take a look at our website again, otherwise please send us an email and we can create a personal shopping bag for you :)! “Order process was not smooth. Card was charged but order was cancelled by Sternglas citing fraud concerns. After chatting on whatsapp (super helpful) reordered successfully. Credit card was refunded for the first order and then charged for the second order. And then I got two watches shipped. And when i write back to Sternglas, the whatsapp doesnt respond anymore. Glad to have two watches - shared with a friend.”
