“I'm not a fan of watches. But I wanted to give myself one, because a watch can still be a unique object that defines you. I was looking for a watch that would accompany me every day but also on the most important occasions. A watch that I could truly define as mine. I've been trying a lot of website and shops before deciding which the one to buy. I was uncertain because I didn't have the opportunity to see this Hamburg watch for real, but I saw many photos via social... So, i tried. The watch arrived yesterday. I have two old watch at home that I stopped from yeat in a closet. Now I can't stop looking at this, like Gollum with his ring! It works well and I really like it. I couldn't be happier!”

“Get ready for the worst customer service ever for USA customers. The watch quality is good for Naos women though it did stop working just 1 year after I bought it. It started lagging behind, then it was dead. Like any customer, I reached out to customer service 2 months ago. It took a couple of weeks to sort out the shipping issue because it is DHL. In US, DHL is rare, they have no shops. Finally I managed to ship it to Germany. I can see thanks to DHL link the last time my watch was seen was in Hamburg more than 1 month ago. Then it's gone. None of their support people gave or give any updates, zero notifications on what is going on, clearly they are neglecting customer service/ repair process in this day and age of real-time customer service and comms. I have zero news on my watch though it cost $200 and broke down in a year.”

For the return shipment by DHL Express, the package does not have to be dropped off. “I recently purchased the Berlin model from Sternglass, a modern take on a vintage watch. I absolutely love it - easy ordering /shipping experience and the watch looks exactly as pictured online. One piece of feedback is that the strap could be a touch smaller. I have a medium size wrist and there is a bit of unneeded length. Still looks great when wearing, but a smaller strap option would be nice. I would also love to see the heritage-style band available in a black option. Overall, love the watch and look forward to purchasing more Sternglass products!”

“The Tachymeter was a great choice. This is my third Sternglas. I have a natural allergy to quartz watches, this was an unexpected exception (I loved at first glance the dial) :-D One suggestion only: fluorescent hands. I am wearing my watches 24/24, I like to read the time when I wake up! P.S. the next exception could be the Hamburg Edition Argo.... also in this case I love the dial's design. Design and quality of the details are your strong points. And, indeed, they are very precise!”

“I’ve still not received my item after 2 months from ordering. And I emailed them and didn’t get a reply in English until I asked for one. And then they told me there’s nothing I can do to resolve the issue of changing my delivery address. So, lost my money.”

If you scroll down in the message, you will find the text also in English. :) It's possible that you received the order confirmation or shipping notification in German. We apologize for that - there was a technical error, which we promptly corrected. :) Unfortunately, it was no longer possible for us to change your address as the package was already in transit. By the way, it was delivered to the address you provided during the order on April 17. We always rely on our customers to provide the correct address when placing an order.
