We were traveling from PA to FL and made it as far as GA when we decided to stop for the night. Checked online for hotels just off I-95 and found a Hampton Inn--Snaptravel offered a room for 20% off. I hadn't heard of Snaptravel before but took a chance. We arrived at the Hampton Inn, our room was ready, the price was as advertised. We would definitely recommend it!

I have booked with them a few times, some hotels have been amazing and with a bad hotel unfortunately they can’t really do anything. I have learned to read the reviews to prevent booking at a bad hotel.

Our doctor called late Friday afternoon and wanted my husband to come in Tuesday early for a stress test. We live over 2 hrs away so I booked a room on SnapTravel on Sunday for Monday night. On Monday morning the doctor's office called and told me the appointment had to be rescheduled for Wednesday morning. I talked to the hotel and they said it would OK with them if we changed dates, but I had to go to SnapTravel to reschedule. I knew my reservation was "non-refundable" but I just wanted change the day. I couldn't find on SnapTravel's website any place to chat or talk to anyone. I happened on a review with the same issue. They gave a very negative review about not able to find help. Snap Travel responds was "All he needed to do was go back to the text message thread he used to make the reservations and type in the word "Agent". I did that and my problem was taken care of in about 15 minutes. I would have given them 5 star rating except for the hour I spent trying to get help!

Rates are good. App is very easy to use. Just BEWARE of when you recieve a SnapTravel deal with a lower rate to the original one sent to you. It will say, "HURRY DEAL EXPIRES IN 3 HOURS." Make sure that if you are interested i the given deal you act and book at that moment. Even though the text states EXPIRES in 3 hours, it actually does not. I chatted with a SnapTravel Ninja agent and I was told this..Jerald (from SnapTravel); I'm sorry about that...Our hotel rates are dynamic and are subject to change based on demand and room availability left at the hotel. Unfortunatel, we do not have control over thi. Thus, we do offer an alternative rates in the market www.snaptravel.com. Have fun browsing! They should maybe state, This rate is good for a certain number of rooms, instaed of saying rate is good for 3 hours.
