Snap travel always gets the best rooms and room rates at great Hotels

Terrible company and customer support is worthless. Sold me a room for same day check-in. To me, this implies that a room is available. I arrive at hotel. No rooms available. I think, well these things happen and move on and request a refund thinking that @snaptravel will do the right thing. NO DICE. No refund. Now I'm on the 2nd appeal with the CC company. I cannot believe they haven't been shut down by now. Gotta be class action suits going on right now.

For context, our hotel rooms are sourced from different partners including Expedia, Priceline, Booking, Hotels.com, etc... to get you the best rates, and what makes us special is our access to exclusive deals which are only available through direct messaging. This is just to explain that we definitely not trying to mislead anyone and we are truly sorry that it has caused you this inconvenience. It is just that, unfortunately, incidents might occur in the travel industry, that as a third-party we cannot control, but indeed, we have procedures in place to reduce that negative impact as much as possible. In your case it was noted that the hotel was overbooked and our support had escalated it to the Urgent Care Team. Nonetheless, you filed a chargeback at that same moment, not allowing Support the opportunity to resolve the issue. When that happens we no longer have access to your account and that was informed to you by our support team when you reached out to us again for an update, as from that moment, on, any resolution must continue through your financial institution. To speed up the process, we re-opened the case. Could you kindly respond to our email and share your email ID associated with Paypal so that we can refund the amount through Paypal. We are not able to refund it to you original mode of payment as a chargeback was filed. ​ We reiterate our apologies for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

Not very helpful. Due to covid I had to cancel my reservation since I can’t leave town, I tried to postpone or cancel my reservation, after messaging and calling half the day I talked to someone that was going to “elevate” my request due to the reason of postponing/canceling, 10min I get a message saying it can not be done so now I’m out $330 for a 2 day reservation. Never again.

Way more expensive than other competitors, even the hotel said we had payed more than any other booking service. Wont use them again that is for sure.

Gave me a confirmation but got to the hotel weeks later and they didn’t have it in their system. Took forever for them to call and try to resolve it and finally I got my own room that was more expensive at the same hotel because they took so long.

We booked an adorable bed and breakfast. Then when we went to check in we’re told our reservation was at the hotel. A ‘bed’ and a continental ‘breakfast’. Almost laughed at by the front desk. ALL our confirmations say the bed and breakfast, nowhere says the beach hotel. Snap travel talked to the front, they said we reserved the hotel, snap travel said guess it’s resolved. Nope. Not even close. Never will use again.

Snaptravel booked me for a hotel that didn’t have any rooms an then would not give me a refund because it is non refundable. Hotel told me it happens all the time….

I was searching for a hotel to book and Snaptravel showed me there are many hotels to chose from, as soon as I choose the hotel(s), and try to book, the price becomes double or more of the original price or the hotel become full. I have tried their service more than 10 times in few days and I have ended up with nothing. Do not waste your time with this site/company. Also, they will be sending you a text everyday.
