“good deals, terrible customer service. If you are outside of the cancellation window you cannot change date. In times of covid when things are subject to change- I was not able to get in touch with their customer support. I was just directed to help page. I was not looking to cancel but change dates and the only option is to cancel and rebook. First time using the service, liked the layout and prices but wont use again.”

“Great price and everything went perfectly. I was a little worried since I hadn’t used them before but I had no issues at hotel. The only thing was adding a name to our reservation took a little bit of time (due to time difference?) and $30 😒 but it worked out. If you have the names in your party add them from the beginning to save yourself the stress.”

“Snaptravel worked well for me. The hotel selected and the price paid was more than acceptable. The were no issues checking in or out. I definitely was satisfied and the only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because I believe everything can be improved, especially prices and navigating on the websites.”

“I had a very bad expereince with Snaptravel. I made hotel booking though them and paid in full, but hotel mentioned about not receiving anything from Snaptravel and they charged me for the room again. I have raised this issue to Snaptravel more than 15 days ago but no resolution yet. Forget about the resolution, no one has even looked into my case yet even after reminibg them multiple times. On every follow-up I keep getting same scripted response saying someone from urgent care will look into it and reach out to you, but no one does. Horrible customer service, will never book with this company again.”

“Easy to use and book even with flights. Only disappointment was the last hotel booking, I couldn't use my points. I'll be trying again soon and let you know if I'm successful or not.”
