Pleasant night sleep.i never sleep in ,always up around 530 am. I woke up with a call from the front asking if I was going to stay another nite. Huh.whu.i responded looking at the clock flashing 1130 am

They took my money and didn’t complete the booking! They took the money and the next message on my screen was “sorry this room has sold out” How do I get my money back? Blatant thefts !

Hi Michael In cases where the booking doesn't go through, no charges are made, as this is rather an authorization hold or pre-authorization, and it shows in your bank as pending. This service is offered by your card provider whereby the provider puts a hold of the amount approved by the cardholder, reducing the balance of available funds until the merchant settles the transaction. Because your desired purchase was sold out, Snaptravel has not charged you and so your card processor will release the hold placed. The estimated time for this release varies if you used a debit or credit card, and depending on the issuing bank's policy. We hope we were able to clarify it for you and look forward to having the chance to serve you in the future.

We had to leave our hotel a day early, and snap travel gave us a full refund which was very good to hear.

Only given one star Bc zero was not an option. I was charged by both Snap and the hotel and NO it wasn’t the deposit. I was charged twice for the room. The customer service I received from Snap, in an attempt to fix the billing mistake, was not helpful. I received canned responses and was continual accused of not understanding the separate deposit, which I clearly understand and was also billed for separately. I provided proof of the billing and yet got the same canned responses. I understand problems and mistakes happen but I do not accept when they are not made right. With so many options available I would highly suggest you seek other services. And FYI…the hotels direct charge for the room was cheaper than Snap

I had trip booked at Riu Reggae in Montego Bay. Everything went really smooth when we arrived at hotel. Snap travel was the cheapest out of all the other websites. I almost didn't believe my rate was legitimate. I will continue to book with Snap Travel. They are the best!

I’ve used snap travel 4 or 5 times now , I was a little scared at first to use or give my info. but everything has been legit and I’ve had no problems with booking or hotel stays, i now tell my older kids to try it since they like traveling . I definitely recommend before you book check this site first

To SNAPTravel booking scam please do not do business!!!! Good morning, you did not call me back. A message was not left on my cell phone??! If you really did call. You booked a hotel reservation that was never honored at the hotel and on the dates your travel agency advertised online. I was never contacted me until now after I sent an email on November the 12 th on the day I made the reservation. I requested to speak to a supervisor as well as requested to speak to one at the number listed below but was never contacted. I reached out to the hotel that the reservation was booked at and was informed by the hotel staff that no room was available at all on the dates that were booked and for a non smoking room. Therefore the transaction is fraudulent/invalid and I am requesting a full refund of my money back for services not re rendered for the transaction! Disputed with bank and lost it because of their invisible disclosure that is bogus! Ended up having to pay to stay at another hotel!! It’s fraud buyer beware!!!

I’m 3 for 3 with snap travel. I was a little hesitant due to the cheap prices and because I haven’t heard of Snaptravel, but my stays have been what you would expect, at a cheaper price.

This company literally stole our money. We booked a stay at the Waldorf Hilton through them (booking ref B_ 3790010) A pipe burst in our room at 2am & the Hilton consequently refunded our money to SnapTravel & asked them to refund the money to us. After chasing for 3/4 months, still nothing & SnapTravel claim that they can't refund it as it's been more than 30 days. The hilton refunded our money to them within 3 weeks and chased them continually to send the refund back to us! They just ignored it and now state that because it's been more than 30 days they will not send it back 'even though I have documentation from the Hilton' proving that they refunded the money & sent emails chasing them. This is theft, they have our money, ignored requests to return it & now state that because it's been 30 days, they will not return it. How can they get away with this!? I've never been more appalled at a company.
