“I have a reservation in a hotel for tomorrow, via snaptravel application. But until now, the hotel says that there is no reservation in my name, and i have to travel this night to reach my hotel tomorrow. I don't know what to do :((. RESERVATION NUMBER : B_4217839”

“I received a good lower priced room using Snaptravel while my husband and I were on a road trip. It was convenient to use as we were just out driving through various states not sure where we staying each night!! Will definitely use them again!!!”

“Their give 10%, get 10% disclaimer is a SCAM. It says your friend will receive 10% off of their first booking but that’s not the case (I’m the friend in this scenario). I did not receive 10% off my first booking as advertised. Their customer service also refused to transfer me to a supervisor citing security purposes.”

“Scammmm!!! They are really Good in advertising scams deals, because they don't explain really well the deal that you getting and then just say is nothing that they can do. I made a reservation and I put the all inclusive hotel, I got one and they send me the text and all of that, in then I figured that the hotel that they gave me is not all inclusive, so I called them right they don't pick the phone then I spoke with some Fritz(Agents) through the chatting by text and they just told me that I can't change the reservation. NOTA: I CALL RIGHT THAT WAY AFTER THER RESERVATION.”

“Snaptravel service was fast, communication was easy and I was contacted by text with notifications. I received a text with the current temperature, check in time, booking details and a link for travel directions. There was a follow up text asking if I needed anything else which I appreciated. For the right price, we would definitely use them again. We booked on their website 24 hours before we checked into the hotel and had confirmation within the hour. No issues whatsoever.”

“Good AI service, really efficient. Most of the negative reviews are from people who were too dumb to figure out how to use a relatively simple service properly or who expect the company to correct the mistakes of other businesses. As always, use your brain and shop around, but my experiences with relatively simple interstate travel plans through SnapTravel have been positive.”
