“I rarely go for satin or bold slits at my age, but this dress really surprised me. The corset bodice gives lovely structure, and the rich sienna hue complements mature skin tones beautifully. That said, the bodice felt a bit rigid at first. After reaching out, customer service sent me extra padding inserts to smooth things out, such a thoughtful touch. I paired it with simple earrings and felt effortlessly elegant on the dance floor.”

“Excellent place to purchase clothing from my experience. The pantsuit was exactly as described, and the quality is also excellent. Delivery was great, and the packaging kept the pantsuit safe during transit. We will return the The Dress Outlet in the future.”

“I absolutely adore this dress ! It’s very true to the exact color emerald that I purchased. I received so many compliments on this dress and felt like royalty in it. My only complaint would be that when I tried on the dress the zipper broke almost immediately. This was 2 days before the wedding. Thankfully I was able to get a rush alter on it and it lasted the whole night of the event. All in all this dress was a show stopper and I would highly recommend to anyone. Just be mindful of your sizing and any accommodations needed before hand.”

“Dress was fine. Sizing is off for US. Measure your body exactly. If you normally wear a 8 get a 12 and r 14. Refunds not ok. Dont recommend. A lot of money wasted. Nice people though.”

“I ordered a dress from dress outlet and despite it being my normal size, it was about two sizes too small and the fabric was not my expectation. I would like to return it but the options are either - get store credit with a large restocking and shipping fee or store credit with a small selection of dresses that look like they are from the grandma section of the store. I will never ever purchase another item from this place again and I would never suggest it to another person.”

When customers are uncertain about sizing, we sometimes recommend ordering two sizes so they can find the best fit. We did it for this brand since you can return it for a refund. That said, we’re glad to confirm you did receive a refund for the other item from your order. Our policy allows eligible items to be returned within the stated return window, while others (such as final sale or clearance pieces) are non-returnable. We do our best to make these terms clear before checkout so there are no surprises.

“Oh my gosh - you truly have no idea how many dresses I have purchased online that were total failures on me for our daughter's wedding last year and son's wedding this year. I just don't not care to go to stores with high pressure sales tactics and size 0 availability for my larger frame - size 20/22. I found this site recently and loved so many of the styles, and this tike is read the reviews top to bottom on each. The dress i chose was something WAY out of character for a simple farm wife and country girl, and I kept thinking maybe as mother of the groom I should just go as simple and (frunpy) as I could this time. However, my son and future daughter in law kept saying I should get something beautiful "to match my smile" and you know - that hit me. If your kids think you're beautiful despite extra pounds and health issues and a society that tells you you're not if you don't weigh a certain number or workout every day- if your husband loves you and tells you you're beautoful every day - if your grandbabies look at you with love in their eyes and see only that Nammy is happy - then why not buy a dress for such a momentous occasion that is a little - soul matching and in this case - my soul shines. The dress arrived, I jumped into it - and let me say , it is GORGEOUS. I would have never thought buying something with some much shine and sparkle would bring me so much peace. The dress does need shortened a bit and my "girls" need a little extra covering and hiking up (I am 54 years old, 5 foot 10 and weigh 230 pounds)...but this dress feels like BUTTER on my body - in a delightful way! Lol. It is lightweight but elegant, the champagne sparkle is elegant, sophisticated, and perfect. I will have my alterations done by a family friend and - on the day my son marries the most perfect girl innthe world- my family will all be proud to see me happy and shining and proud to stand at their sides. Thank you for offering affordable, stylish elegance in sizes many of us need.”
