“I was worried about some other reviews with the return policy. But I saw how some of those customers had received their dress and loved it. I think it just varies from order to order and some people are never going to be pleased. I placed the order anyways and I thought the dress was too small on me, so I looked online and chatted with their chatbot that told me I could exchange. I went to their return portal, did an instant exchange so I get my dress sooner and send the other back. It worked out great! JUst try them. Dress looked great and I would buy again from them,.”

“The dress is gorgeous, I received so many compliments on it. I'm 5'4" and the dress fit longer on me (by the calves) different than how it looka on the model. The back of the dress zips up. I ordered an XL and it fit perfect on me, just a little longer as mentioned earlier. For reference I'm 161lbs,a size 6 in women's jeans and a size 40C in bra.”

“I ordered my daughters prom dress on April 17th from Toronto, Canada and already received the dress on April 21st!! The dress is absolutely stunning and we paid less than 1/2 price of retail from stores like Monique's and Candy Prom. The only downfall was that we ended up paying $60 cdn. to The Dress Outlet for shipping and then another $80 cdn. to get it across the border. All in all we received a gorgeous dress with the same quality as the retail stores but fo basically half the price. Absolutely recommend The Dress Outlet!”
