“Quality is down down down!!! I have ordered from this company 3/4 times before and i have to say that the quality is going down down down. Never wrote a bad review but this time I can’t let it go…. Ordered some steaks and some whole chickens, the steaks are thin and rubbery. Chickens were inedible, after defrosted them the meat stunk, was black and slimy, it was a mix of rotten and freezer burn, they went straight in the bin. Looks like they been frozen for a millennium! Myself and my family will never order again.”

“Paid for delivery for a specified date. As a shift worker it's hard to know when i will be available for a delivery so always good when you can book for a specific day. Got to the morning of delivery and had no communication at all. I waited until 1pm before emailing to ask if there was any updates or if I should be concerned I hadn't had delivery details etc. Then was spoken to in a very inappropriate way that was disrespectful and rude, bluntly was told that it was going to be late. I asked for more information as this was the first time I had been told anything about a delay and was told that it was due to weather etc Now I don't have a problem at all with delays due to unexpected weather conditions, however to not be told anything and then spoke to so rudely when enquired is outrageous Customer service. I have used fat butcher before and had no problem. However due to the way I was spoken to I will be using local butchers from now on as there isn't much price difference and I was using fat butcher due to the delivery slots mainly. Appalling Customer service has really let you down”

“Hi, tried the roast beef at the week end, and to be far I shouldn't have cooked it. I froze the beef on receipt and defrosted it on Sat, when i took it out of the plastic it smelt funny and when cooked it had a strange after taste, not tried the other joint yet but will at the weekend best regards Steve”
