I purchased a pair of the Oofos shoes since I heard so much about them and I'm on my feet daily taking care of my patients. When I received the shoes they were really wide and as i proceed to try them on they were to wide and it wa so uncomfortable it felt like my feet were rolling to one side. The shoes never balanced me at all. I also received 25% off as being a new customer. So I knew I could not wear them and wanted to return them for a refund back. I was told that I couldn't be refunded due to the discount that was given. I felt like this is a bad first time experience. I will never recommend their products to any one and make sure it's a place you can call not email back to back. Everything was good till then. I am still so dissatisfied with them. Not loyal at all

You received 25% off your footwear as they are a Clearance item, not because you are a new customer. As stated on our Clearance item's product pages, clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. No returns!? lame . Near impossible to simply find replacement for exact product I bought from you before. Online shopping for a anything requiring fit should include returns.

Shopping was fine. Ordered product that said Size -xxl 15.5+ product came box labeled xxl 13+ No way I can get this on! Needed the 15.5+ shoe size. For total of $32 and some change, I will have to send back. Friggin hassle. It looks nice but would not buy again unless the size was correct.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks insoles for 70$ American and was disappointed in the discomfort that I experienced while wearing my work boots for 8 hours. You see I a auto mechanic and I don't sit at all. I have worn Birkenstocks for over 20 years now and they are the only sandals that I can wear without any discomfort. I am disappointed and I am still trying to find a solution. I have fallen arches and a hammer toe and I have spent over 300 dollars on different types of shoes and boots. I work for Tesla and it is mandatory to wear EH, rated safety shoes so you see what I am up against! If only Birkenstock would make a work shoe for me. I know it's a tall order but a man's gotta dream.

The insoles are fine. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I called the number only to be told that I called the ordering line. They gave me the number I called (for customer service), I called again and was told it was only for taking orders. When I called a 3rd time and asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was no such thing. I will only order from the product's website from now on, and not from The Insole Store.

I purchased an insole that was the same size as my birkenstock shoe and it did not fit. I had to cut it to make it fit. Not good!
