The wrong product was delivered. I ordered the OC9 High Profile metatarsal pads and received instead the Pedag T-form metatarsal pad.

I'm not sure what size 6 shoes these were sized for, but the block of carbon fiber does not fit in any of the 5 pairs of shoes I tried, and the soles are way too wide. I trimmed them as far as I could, but the carbon fiber block still protrudes from the foam (since it won't fit)

Unfortunately they were too painful for my son to wear. I saw on the box that it was a 60 day money-back guarantee. How did I initiate the return?

First, the shoes finally arrived today. So #1, Very Slow Delivery. Second, the shoes were NOT shipped in a box, but a bag - and the shoe toes were CRUSHED. Very unhappy with this product and will be returning to sender.

I have not yet received my shoes so I am very disappointed and frustrated as I need them for work. No one made the delivery. I would really appreciate the delivery of my shoes ASAP. or a full refund.
