Very hard to find what you are looking for. You need to use a 3rd party search to get where and what you need.

You have changed the insoles no arch sopport they are just pieces of foam rubber will not order again

Your most recent order was for the Spenco RX Comfort Insoles, which are a completely different insole that offers no arch support. Lousy company! Takes years to deliver! Not even the courtesy to reply emails. Never buy from them. Sidas is much better! Even in this form when I try to select "I will never buy from them again", it cannot be selected! It will automatically jumps to "wound not to Like;y to buy again"! What kind of survey!? Bunch of cheaters!

I was promised the heel lifts in 2-3 days from the date of purchase which was Saturday April 15 & paid $10 extra to expedite shipment & the package still has not arrived!

Your order shipped out first thing Monday, 4/17 and last scanned as "Your item is being held at the FLINT, MI 48532 post office at 10:31 am on April 20, 2023. This is at the request of the customer." I paid 10.99 for 2-3 day shipping and it says that it is in North Carolina and isn’t even in transit yet Update- sent them an email with receipts asking for a refund and got very fast response and refund for shipping cost.

Not much to choose from. I ordered the metatarsal pads. They're very hard. Store does not offer refunds and there's nothing I want from store credit. So I wanted money. Furthermore in the review they ask you to do you cannot mark unlikely. It attacks unlikely through likely.

Your initial inquiry stated that your Sof Sole 3/4-Length Gel Arch W/ Memory Foam Insoles were not working for your needs, and you would like to try the Pedag Perfect Leather Heel Cushion. We did offer to assist you with setting up an exchange, but you declined and stated that you did not want to go through the return/exchange process. Hello, Sorry to say I’m quite disappointed. The plastic bag arrived and was improperly sealed. My 2 sets of Pedag insoles, viva mini iwere beige rather than black. The interior of the bag was soaking wet, the receipt, the boxes and the insoles were totally wet. The insoles, I think are ruined because they look like they might separate. I am a repeat customer. I love the product and am very disappointed. Hopefully I can send me 2 pairs of black insoles size 38 viva mini.
