Bad customer service. Return turn around is inept they kept my purchase and my monies. Don’t buy here. You will lose your purchase if you return anything and they will never return your money 😡

Thank you for your feedback, Pinachas. We see that you placed your order on Saturday, April 25th and it was shipped out first thing Monday, April 25th. We show that the package arrived in Israel on the 28th and finally cleared customs on May 4th. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long both the delivery carriers and customs take. We try to let any international customers know that they should expect up to 30 days for delivery times. I like that I receive the product in a few days . The thing that I didn't like is that one of the sandals has a pointy and sharp corner that hurts the top of my toes . I had to fiexed my self by cutting a little bit of that corner . I didn't wanted to go through all that mess of sending stuff back and so .

Size chart suggested to order a size up! The sandals are HUGE!!!! VERY disappointed!!!!!! Gave them to a neighbor! Advice! Never order from this company online! A fan of the sandals said that she tried on 7 pair of the same size before finding a pair that fit! ..Bottom line DO NIT ORDER THESE SANDALS ONLINE

I would love this store if they wouldn't send me an extra email to delete about doing a survey. I feel my time is money and I do not generally do reviews unless I can point out that I don't want to do a review or survey. I use this store simply because I cannot seem to get what I need at the time anywhere else.

Placed order with expedited shipping, two weeks later and still haven’t received it. I live in Texas and my package went from NC to TN and currently in Seattle Washington.
