Shopping experience was fine, however DHL sent my insoles to the wrong town. Now I have no idea how long before they actually get here. My feet hurt!

Actually sent the product they advertised, unlike some Amazonian type places. Shipped faster than expected, but was in a soft pack so the box got crushed. My only concern with that is if it would be an issue if I had a return. Overall, I'm about to order 2 more sets just to make sure I am good for a few years.

I was thrilled to find the “bunion” socks at TheInsoleStore.com! I first purchased these at least a decade ago, and have been wearing them a couple of times a week. They’re still in good shape, but my feet seem to have grown a bit since I’ve thrown them in the dryer. The process to add my order was fine. Pretty easy in fact. My suggestion that would make it better is to offer quatity discounts, especially to loyal customers.

The Insole Store offers a large selection of insoles and a detailed description of each. I like that my orders ship the same day that I place the order. I buy all my insoles from TheInsoleStore. I've never been disappointed.

The Insole Store recieved my business online purchases as the website seemed official and legit to order online. The Insole Store had more variety on insoles to help me order more than one type of product to help resolve the pain in my feet. Easy to order off their userfriendly format.
