Terrible customer service. Somehow the site captured an incorrect shipping address and was unable to correct(no phone number to call, hard to locate email), emailed immediately to cancel order as it went through somehow. Created a second correct order. Company sent incorrect order and canceled correct order. I have not received anything but a bill.. still can’t get a call back ..

We do not currently have our customer service phone number listed on our website, as we are currently training new customer service associates. Our phone number will be r listed on our website again, once all of our associates are able to answer inbound phone calls. The quickest way to get in contact with us currently is through the chat feature on our website, or emailing our Customer Service Team at Help@theinsolestore.com. You can also give us a call at our Customer Service phone number, which is 866-858-1294. If an associate it unavailable to help you, we will give you a call back as soon as we are able. We apologize that we were unable to answer your inquiry immediately, as you initially called and emailed into our helpdesk after hours. We are customer support team is currently available Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST. We do show that you requested to have one of your orders cancelled prior to shipment. Our customer support team mistakenly cancelled your other order that was placed on the same day, which resulted in your order being delivered to the incorrect address. We most sincerely apologize for the huge inconvenience! We are more than happy to fix this for you with either an expedited replacement order, or a full refund. We will be reaching out to you privately to assist with fixing this for you. We appreciate your business!

I buy all of my insoles from The Insole Store. The Pedag 3/4 length have provided great relief for my metatarsal problem. I also purchased full length inserts that provide relief for plantar fasciitis. Hopefully they work as well.

I decided to order two inserts for my shoes. The customer rep was OUTSTANDING and combined the orders, gave me refund for shipping. I am not sure if these inserts will help, was told I could return them. I have to have berk shoes to walk correctly so I am trying to convert my shoes to Berks with the inserts. Great great great place to do business with

I asked to get my insoles in a few days and paid $9 for extra postage. however 5 days is the usual time and it has been 6, if they don't come by Tues. Feb.20....they will be too late for the trip I am taking. I don't need to write a review as I have been using these for 10 yrs and they work great. I buy a pair for every shoe I have as they are a little hard to remove and place in a different shoe. they last a long time, but feel some are wearing out.........needed a replacement.

Hi Joan, I know that we also corresponded over email regarding your shipment, but I also wanted to respond to your review here for further clarification. Since your order was placed after our shipping cutoff on the 15th, your order was shipped first-thing the following day on the 16th. Our Express Shipping option has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-3 days after the order is shipped. Given that today, the 19th, is Presidents Day and USPS does not carry mail on federal holidays, your shipment is expected to arrive on the 20th. This would make for a total of 3 days in transit, where on the 17th and 18th USPS was carrying the package to your local area, and where it is now scheduled to be delivered to you on the 20th. We can't always guarantee delivery timeframes due to factors outside of our control, but given the date and time your order was placed, and given that today is a federal holiday during which USPS does not operate, your order is still expected to arrive within 3 days from the date of shipment. I apologize if the federal holiday and the resulting delay in mail delivery was unexpected, and we'll definitely look into whether we can make this any more clear in the future. If, for whatever reason, your order does not arrive in time for your trip, simply let me know via reply to my email and I'd be more than happy to work with you to make this right. We definitely appreciate your business.
