I was supposed to get insoles for supination ( as I input that requirement and was directed to a selection) but received insoles for pronation. Website was very hard find actual supination options.

Package is stalled in New York. Not your problem but I am not impressed. I thought if I ordered direct from you delivery would be good. Nope

Your order left our warehouse in the United States on 2/13 and last scanned on 2/22 as "Package arrived at international carrier Canada." You can find those tracking details here: https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&tracknum=822241704497135093&requester=ST/trackdetails As stated in our Shipping Policy: "Please note: Due to COVID and various other circumstances happening around the globe, some international shipments may take up to 30 days to arrive. With your order only having been in transit for 9 days and receiving an updated scan today, it is on track to be delivered on time and is not being stalled. InSoles were supposed to 2-day expedited shipping, I paid $11 more to get it here in short order! Won't be here til NEXT Tuesday!

We do not offer a 2-day expedited shipping method. Your order shipped out from our Warehouse on 2/17 as your order was placed after our shipping cutoff of 2:00PM EST on 2/16. Per your tracking, your order was delivered on 2/21/23. Your order took an additional day for delivery as USPS was closed in observance of President's Day on Monday. Ease of shopping OK. However product received was very disappointing and inadequate as a good pad for ball of the foot. I would like to return.

The description of this product says that the 3 layers "peel apart easily" - not so much. I very carefully and slowly peeled apart the first layer and it was very difficult. Then the second layer - same thing. Finally, the last layer came apart and the bottom third of it was left on the bottom of the second layer. Plus, it doesn't really adhere well to the shoe insole so it moves around as you walk. Would not buy again.

The concept of the product is good, the material the product is made out of is terrible. If the insole itself (not the small part of metal which is located under the ball of the foot) was made out of a better material, this would be a great product. The insole keeps sliding up the heel of my shoe, causing me to stop walking and fix it every ~10 mins. I am recovering from surgery post a grade 3 turf toe incident in which i severed some sesamoid ligaments in my big toe joint so I am very tender. I am 16 weeks post op and would not be able to wear these with any runner/shoe. The only way these help is in a thick soled shoe (Hoka One One).

We recommend trying double sided tape or another adhesive to keep the insoles in place in the shoes where they slide up the heel of your shoe. We do also offer carbon fiber insoles that are intended to stabilize just the front of your foot, if that sounds like it would be more comfortable. Unlike our Turf Toe insoles, our OC9 carbon fiber insoles are also covered under a Wear Test Guarantee for 30 days, so they are eligible for return or exchange if they simply will not work out for you. I was pretty disappointed in these insoles, but it may be due to having neuropathy very badly on both feet. I expected more cushioning and these just seemed to disappear and flatten out.

The insoles were not what I expected. I did not trim them but did not like the trim to fit directions. I do not like the prompts in terms of grammar and spelling on this review form. I was especially unhappy at the percentage of cost I ended up paying in postage to return them to you. I am sure there must have been some mention on your website that the customer was on the hook for postage if the product was unsatisfactory or did not meet my needs, but you are an outlier in terms of this policy. I would never order anything from you again given this policy. There are other vendors where this would not be an issue.

The website and ordering the product was fine. The shipping was way too long. Two weeks to receive my order. . I would consider buying from a different vender next time. I understand that the Insole store does not directly control the shipping time but FedEX ground is very sloooowww. USPS would be a better option.
