Can't review the product until I receive it. Tracker says it's been in transit for two weeks. At what point do I complain?

Thank you for your feedback, Sarah. We do sincerely apologize for your delay from FedEx. There was a large backup at the Charleston facility. Your order last scanned today, March 2nd, with "In transit to local Post Office - Allow two to three additional days for delivery". The small print lists delivery DDU, be sure to tax & duties coats to you purchase and shipping charges.

Your order shipped 8 business days ago. Australian orders are unfortunately taking longer than that. Even without the pandemic procedures, international orders take about 14 business days during normal transit times. I have not recieved my purchase yet. Even though I am in Canada, I recieved a shipment from the USA from another vendor within 5 days - standard shipping. I ordered from you folks November 24.

Not enough information to distinguish different kinds of insoles. I have purchased 4 different types and none were supportive enough for metatarsal/toebed area. This is the only pair I have gotten around to returning. The rest I have wasted money on. See below.
