I received a request to give a review regarding a purchase from the InSole Store. Unfortunately at this point, I have not received the item. So it is very premature to discuss anything except to comment that their emails arrive before their product. Not good.

Although delivered in a relative short time, the product itself was not what I expected, thus not helping my situation at all.

The interface is klumky. Got the wrong size even after i had highlighted the correct size.

If I wear them like sandals, they make my feet sweat. If I wear them with socks, my feet slide over the toe. Not really pleased with them.

I like probably other people did not realize that your company had a restocking fee for returns. I received my refund today and sure enough it was about $10.00 less than I had paid originally. When I asked about it. Very rudely I was told it is posted in the return policy. I will not patronize this company ever again!

We do see that the team mailed a return label to you to accommodate your needs. We do not see any interactions from yesterday, but will gladly go through our call logs to see how it was handled, and we will happily discuss with any representatives that were possibly rude about it. The insoles I purchased would not fit the shoe without being trimmed. The comfort level was poor. The warranty was void because . The insole s were used. How can I test the insoles if they don't fit the shoe. You should design exact sizes that don't have to be trimmed, so customers don't waste money. Stand behind your products

Many of our products have Wear Test Guarantees, which allow the product to be tried, trimmed, etc. and still returned. The Wear Test Guarantee and length of time is listed on the product pages and set by manufacturers. We do apologize that the ProThotics did not work out for you. I'm sure it's a good product but my child has sensory issues and did not like these inserts. He felt like there was "something hard stuck in his shoe."

International orders typically average 10-14 days, but have been delayed due to pandemic customs procedures, of which Australia has the most strict. Australian procedures currently have Australian orders taking approximately 4 weeks to deliver. At shipping, you were sent a tracking link. The insoles are comfortable enough, but they didn’t inform me that they only carry them in narrow so after I reached out they said i can send them back but they don’t carry regular width so the insoles kind of float around my shoes but I can’t find them in regular width so I suppose ill just deal with it.

The order was delivered as promised, but the insole was advertised as providing relief for Morton's Neuroma and all it does is aggravate it further.

Can't review the product until I receive it. Tracker says it's been in transit for two weeks. At what point do I complain?

The small print lists delivery DDU, be sure to tax & duties coats to you purchase and shipping charges.
