The insoles I purchased would not fit the shoe without being trimmed. The comfort level was poor. The warranty was void because . The insole s were used. How can I test the insoles if they don't fit the shoe. You should design exact sizes that don't have to be trimmed, so customers don't waste money. Stand behind your products
