I THOUGHT I HAD ALREADY DONE THIS BUT I WILL DO IT AGAIN. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY PURCHASE. I WEAR AN 81/2 MEDIUM SO THAT IS WHAT I ORDERED. The shoes were very stiff and I couldn't even wear them around the house. The odor was terrible! Just telling you the truth....I hope my experience was not shared by others. PS: Customer service was excellent1

these insoles didn't work for me. I needed more support in my arches. I returned them.

Nice quality leather but unbelievably thin and it slides around in your shoe because the bottoms don’t have any grip or adhesive. Didn’t love them. But making em work for the time being

I didn’t have a problem with service, rather the insoles just do not work for me. I’ve worn them three different times and they constantly slip out/off. What can be done? I thought about returning or asking for my money back but I couldn’t find a way to do that. Any help is appreciated!! Kelly

I ordered my insoles more than 2 weeks ago and j still haven't received them

Since it was Memorial Day and the mail carriers were observing a holiday, your order shipped from our warehouse in the United States first thing on Tuesday, June 1st. We do show that your order was marked as delivered on June 15th. Orders being delivered to Canada are currently averaging 2 weeks to be delivered. So far I have to say the service is poor because I have yet to receive the order that I placed 7 days ago! The original email from The Insole Store stated I would receive the order on Saturday, June 4th, then Sunday, June 5th. It is now Tuesday, June 7th and nothing! The FedEx tracking number shows the order is going in circles in Concord, NC, arriving at this facility and leaving it, only to arrive back at the same facility in Concord, NC. The delivery has made zero progress in 7 days!!! Time to switch to UPS!!! They don't have these kinds of delays. I called FedEx and they also gave me the run-around. I have not called Insole as the delivery through FedEx is the problem

I am being asked to write a review and my shoes arent here yet. I ordered the same type of shoe on the same day (different color) and they arrived 2 days ago. So if all I have to compare is that they arent here yet, it isn't going so good so far!

Sometimes the postal carrier may mark a shipment prematurely if they do not have time to deliver that day and unfortunately, we do not have control over how USPS handles shipments after they have left our warehouse. I would like to know why you would send me a size 3 when I ordered a size 11 then I was told you were out of size 11 mens and then said I would have to pay a restocking fee I sent the 3's back and I better get repaid on my credit card and it took for ever to get get my return label sent to me

I'm a little confused about the expensive inserts I purchased. I'm flat-footed and the forced arch technology is not for me. It's actually painful so much that I put the factory inserts back in. I need to return the inserts I received today. I'm willing and open to a different insert. These hurt my feet and ankels worse that the standard inserts that came with the new shoe.
