I could not find the correct insoles to fit my size 13" shoe on your web site and the insoles mailed to me are to small !!

Please be advised that pandemic customs procedures have slowed international deliveries substantially for all international orders. Your order shipped from our warehouse in the United States September 14th. With the order being through customs in Dublin, we would expect you to receive it this week, which is a standard delivery time for an international order. Store is fine, easy to use. It did suggest the wrong insole for my cycling shoes. Turned out to be too wide throughout the sole. I ended up using the inserts in hiking shoes.

Nothing wrong with the product. Timing was fine, but they use UPS to ship internationally and they dinged me with a $10 shipping charge (brokerage handling fee). Unacceptable. You need to clearly set out you shipping fees. Customer service said "they don't control import fees ect for foreign countries, this is a false statement. This day and age there are companies that shop to Canada from the US and don't expect the customer to absorb mark-ups from the shipper at pick up... UPS is the worst for this but I assume it's becasue they are cheaper to the shipper. There were no import fees just he $10 that UPS pocketed.

Not sure if the fault lies with the store or the shipping company(fedex), but it took nearly 2 weeks to deliver a pair of sandals. Other than shipping, the product is S advertised.

The service was acceptable, but the product was not. If what I received is the new Spenco line of flip flops then my 10 years as a customer is at an end. It was like the shoes were unfinished. Thefootbed is rough and right at the top of the arch support is a sharp point that hits me dead center of my arches. Horrible shoes!

Good arch support and decent quality but they should not be advertised as THICK because they are the exact same thickness as most of the ones at the drugstore. Not worth the price.

I had a difficult time checking out because the app was trying to shove PayPal down my throat and wouldn’t let me get to the end until I accepted cookies! It took me 4 tries to complete my purchase! I purchase most things on-line and have never had issues like this.

Very slow shipping, box arrived mangled and product was more expensive on this site than on Amazon. Ordered second pair from Amazon for $5.00 less and they arrived in two days as opposed to three weeks.

Was not happy with my product. It did not have the cushion and softness in the heel that I thought it would have for plantar fasciitis. The arch support was good however.

The package I received was ripped and even shredded is some areas. The outer layer was soft and there was nothing to pad the insoles inside the bag. You would think that a company designed around shipping shoe insoles would have figured out how to ship shoe insoles. I emailed a picture of the destroyed boxes and heard nothing. I got the insoles to help with my high impact needs, but I'm afraid the insoles have already gone through their own high impact. Very disappointing.

The insoles were only okay to begin with. After wearing them for a week the area underneath the bunion was compressed and didn’t return to shape even after letting them set for another week. I discovered that the company will not take back an insole after wearing it! Great. How are you supposed to know whether it is any good unless you have worn it? I had purchased two pair and only worn one. I contacted the manufacturer in Hickory NC. They said return both pair for a full refund. I have done that and am waiting to see if the refund will ever get here. This is why folks buy from Zappos and Amazon. Returns must be much more accessible to the customer. Edited to add. I did contact the company and they did say I could get a different product. The problem is there are no other insoles with a metatarsal pad. In spite of what the company says these insoles are not the same as New Balance metatarsal pad insoles, I have the NB ones. I’m sorry they aren’t available anymore.

Cannot talk to a rep who can give product details when calling. Told call back 24 to 48 hrs, which is ridiculous and the person who simply took my call also could not help me with my account
