We show that your order shipped out from our warehouse on 4/30/25 and was marked as delivered/picked up from your post office on 5/5/25, which is 5 days after your order shipped out. You selected our Free/Standard Shipping method at checkout, which estimates a delivery time frame of 3-6 days in transit plus one day for final delivery, so your order was delivered within the expected time frame. Please do keep in mind that we offer Expedited Shipping at checkout should you ever need your order delivered to you more quickly in the future. “Always like ordering new insoles from The Insole store. However EVERy disapponted in paying for Expedited Shipping and it is taking over 2 week for them to be delivered”
