“I was looking for a solid non creaky bed frame that was simple and nice looking. I was happy to wait three weeks for it. Very pleased with the purchase as the quality was excellent and it fitted together really well. The delivery service biffed the box it came in but it didn't damage the bed frame. I would certainly buy again from this company without hesitation.”

“Really well made bed. Quite daunting to put together from the boxes of “planks” but two of us (non-DIY experts) managed to put it together fine. Satisfyingly solid, looks great and feels like it will last well.”

“A very well made bed, sturdy and a great design. Easy instructions and assembly using an electric screwdriver/drill. I used a manual screwdriver for the last few turns to ensure each screws were tightened to the right amount. Communication from order, to manufacture and delivery was very good and the delivery options were excellent, securing a day of my choice. The carrier provided a window on the day of delivery. The packaging was secure and items were delivered as expected. I would definitely recommend and buy again.”

“Lovely wooden bed. Very strong and nicely finished - I bought the pine wooden one. It is lovely, I bet the oak wooden beds are fantastic as the pine is great. Delivery very good. Small packages so easy to lift. Bed was very easy to put togethter too. Would recommend and would buy again.”

“Really well made bed and fairly easy to put together. I bought a super king model 1 and I'm very pleased with the first couple of weeks of use! Delivery was on the longer limit of what was advised but communication was clear it was a very short turn around of about 36 hours from being ready to delivery to it landing at my house. Put together in less than an hour, using a drill. It would be possible using a screwdriver but it would have taken a good while longer so I would recommend having a drill available. The instructions were clear in the main however there was one detail which wasn't. Where the matress sits within the frame the extra support wants to be on the bottom of the rails, not the top as described in the instructions. In fairness though this was resolved very quickly when I phoned. On the whole though I would certainly recommend.”

“It’s a nice bed, feels pretty solid. However! It’s very heavy to lift the Ottoman - the gas powered lift isn’t what I was hoping it would be. I’m pretty fit and strong and can get it fine, but I don’t think my mum would manage to lift it as it’s quite low to the ground and hard to get started moving. My final gripe is that unless you guide the bed back down, it can come down squint and bash the frame… which I wasn’t expecting and now see damage to the frame already. Looks nice but functionally not great for the price.”

“Got the king size redwood pine, walnut. Really beautiful and solid bed. A lot more robust and stable than my previous one. Delivery was efficient. Clear instructions to assemble. Good customer service when I was deciding whether to buy. All in all I'm a very happy customer”

“We bought two single beds to act as twin beds in one bedroom. Communication regarding the order, its progress to manufacturing and its delivery was just right, giving us confidence during the time between order and delivery, and the delivery itself was very efficient, and met the promised time slot. The beds were easy to assemble, well-written instructions, they look great, but most important of all, are really lovely to sleep on. Of course, much depends on the quality of the mattresses you use (we already had great ones from the beds being replaced), but the bed itself still has to offer rock solid support, and these do. We couldn't have asked for more.”

“Really nice quality bed. The two horizontal head board pieces with the biscuit joints were quite awkward to get straight without a small space between them (at one end) and would have been a lot easier with one larger bit of wood. That aside, looks great and feels solid. Customer service were excellent with good communication throughout. I would recommend this company.”

“I had a great bed and mattress before but house move determined downsizing. I used to live in NE England and wanted to support this small business. Absolutely no regrets! A lovely bed,looks great, assembled easily and the mattress beyond expectations, so comfortable and l sleep very well. Company accommodated house move date, incredibly helpful. Look no further than the WBCo!”

“This is an exemplary company who made and delivered exactly to specifications and schedule! They went the extra mile to meet my needs. I constructed the bed myself. It is solid, well made, very handsome with great under-bed storage. Such great value for money. Coupled with an award winning hybrid mattress I am enjoying the best sleep in years. I was so pleased I recommended it to my daughter who promptly purchased one herself and is similarly delighted. It's great to support a UK company that manufactures goods to order from top quality materials.”

“Bought the bed on offer, week later it did get even cheaper, the bed then took 15 working days to come. The packaging wasn’t the best as the wood had plenty space to move and rub against each other, some places with lacquer were sort off rubbed off. I don’t think that wood was dried perfectly, as the headrest wood pieces were slightly warped. The joints are my main concern, as I would have preferred sturdier system. I like the ethos of the company, just can’t see myself liking the product as much. After having the bed for more months now, I have really came to dislike it quite a lot and would next time go with different company as I probably heard less squeaking with 5 year old bed than this one. Shame, as I really wanted to like it.”
