“The customer service is extremely good! They answered my emails straight away, no automated mail either. The bed it’s self is brilliant, the colour is spot on and very well made and sturdy. Speedy delivery. All in all a really good experience with the wooden bed co.”

“We had a live edge bed made in a custom size. The staff was very helpful, and the bed came out perfectly! Delivery was also well coordinated. We love the product and would definitely buy again.”

“An excellent company, from Catherine on phone through to the final product, everything was straightforward and above expectation. I wanted an alteration to the headboard that I assumed would be too complicated but it was easily accommodated. I was advised as soon as the bed was ready for dispatch and delivery was as scheduled. The bed was very well engineered with tight fitting joints and it assembled without any issues. I had someone help me to assemble the bed and I’d recommend that as it’s a lot easier than tightening the joints on your own. I ordered the light stain which was a little too light for my room, I should have asked for a sample but that was my fault, hopefully it will darken over time. Most importantly the bed looks and feels solid, I’m very pleased with my purchase.”

“I found the whole order process very simple and swift. The lady on the other end of the phone for my quick query couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. The bed is sturdy, well made and excellent quality/value compared with other stores/suppliers I have checked out. A1 experience. Thank you.”

“Beautiful bed, so well made! Totally worth it and perfectly measured. We are planning to buy much more from this company. Only thing stopping it from being 5 stars is slightly confusing build instructions and delivery time was all day could not specify a more specific time. However they arranged delivery to suit a day I was available.”

We are glad we managed to arrange a suitable day for you, unfortunately with the larger beds we are really limited with couriers and unfortunately the one we use can not offer eta's - sorry for any disappointment but all in all glad you are pleased with your purchase :)

“MODEL 03 KING SIZE Very impressed with this company. The bed is very sturdy and well constructed and quite simple to put together though I would recommend two people and the use of a mallet+wooden block plus the use of electric drill/screwdriver to make the process simpler. The customer service is excellent with very prompt polite replies and all questions answered exactly. Delivery was also excellent with a phone call telling me the bed was ready for dispatch and when would I like it delivered. I would buy again if I found the need for another bed.”

“We purchased a model-01 single bed for our eldest child last year and were very happy with it, so much so that we bought another one for our youngest child this year. The beds are easy to construct, well engineered and look lovely. We decided to keep both bed frames untreated as we didn't want to expose our children to any solvents, and their staff were more than happy to accommodate us. They offered us various low odour finishes, or to simply have the bed untreated, which is what we ultimately went for. We purchased the bed frames a few days after their sale period ended but they still honoured the sale price. Friendly communication with staff and very prompt delivery. The Wooden Bed Company has ticked all the right boxes for me.”

“The company were great to deal with, order went ahead with no problems and they kept in contact to let me know that the bed could be shipped earlier than expected and to arrange a suitable date and time. Delivery was grand and the packaging was excellent and all recyclable. The bed is lovely and sturdy and looks as if it will last for ages. I enlisted the help of a strong mate as I struggled to get the headboard sections into place. He's a joiner & says it's because the bed is made almost millimetre perfect. His advice is to have 2 people - one to hold in place and the other to use another bit of wood on top of the section so you can welly it with the hammer & not damage the bed section! All in all good company and product & would use again.”

“Sturdy build, fast delivery and brilliant customer service. What more could you ask for? I recently bought a low set wooden bed and let me tell you…. After a couple test runs I was quick to claim the sturdiest Bed in the house, the other two are mattresses on the floor type boys but even still. Brilliant high for those messy nights, as if climbing up the stairs blackout wasn’t hard enough, no one wants to deal with the unnecessary height of a bed frame to battle with at 3am, worry no longer, with the low set bed you can flop straight in with no faff. Great buy, would recommend”
