“Trip.com is amazing! I booked with them for the first time and accidentally double booked a hotel and there were strict cancellation penalties. They contacted the hotel for me to request a refund even though my second booking was with another 3rd party. I was so impressed with trip.com and your policy to work for me to get my refund for my double booking. I would book again I. A heartbeat with this company! Out of all the 3rd party sites I booked trip.com was always available to talk through their online chat or phone while other sites are not. So impressed! Don’t hesitate to book with them!”
