“Most of my air tickets to Asia are purchased on Trip. com. Members who join it also accumulate gold coins that can be used when purchasing tickets. The response to ticket reservations is very fast, and I really like it”

“This is the best booking site due to it's sophisticated booking systems With flights especially for multi cities booking It lists both airlines prices and even suggest class types at good speed The points rewards are relatively generous esp when you reach Diamond status you get free lounges , esim card , admin free cancellation, and higher rewards points accumulations And it isn't just hotels and flights, you can book train travel tickets, tours and sites tickets The website itself allows cancellation of bookings and list suggested alternatives with listed prices When booking all details of baggage limit, cancellation policies are listed before confirmation I had contacted customer support for train reschedules and it was good”

“We booked our flights to China and Vietnam through Trip.com. Unfortunately I had a heart attack in Shanghai and our holiday was cancelled and flight dates changed. We did not have any cancellation or change options with our flights. I found Trip.com fantastic, real people to talk to and did everything they could to get a refund from the airlines. Trip.com were able to get half our money back. Great service very much appreciated during a time of need.”

“I booked a trip from Izmir to London, but unfortunately, the flight was canceled. The company quickly informed me and asked me to book another flight. Though I was concerned about the additional cost, they reassured me that they would cover the difference. True to their word, they refunded the difference within a couple of days. Despite the initial inconvenience, their efficient handling of the situation turned it into a very positive experience. Excellent customer service!”
