I was so disappointed with Tropicfeel. I really wanted to support the brand as they sounded like they had such good intentions and ethics, but while I was waiting for my order which wasn't arriving I looked up reviews about the brand and I realised that an overwhelming majority of reviews were complaining about their orders arriving weeks if not months later, when they arrived at all. I ended up waiting for mine for a month and the messages I got from their customer service were promising me things that were just not happening in terms of where my order was. When I asked for a refund because of my order still not having arrived, almost immediately I received a message telling me my order had been shipped (what a coincidence!). Once I received my order I was quite disappointed with the quality of the product. It just didn't seem sturdy at all, especially the laces which are a kind of elastic fabric, and because I needed to tighten them I felt they were going to break really quickly. I ended up sending the product back because I just didn't trust that it would last and meet my needs. A real shame, I guess the brand sounded too good to be true.

The backpack looks and feel really nice with high quality material, but unfortunately I needed to send it back because of two main reasons: 1. The shoulder straps is not good at all as it is stiff and thin which makes it feel heavy. Also, I got shoulder pain after an hour wearing it. 2. The wardrobe itself without packed clothes is unnecessarily too heavy and the back hurts even more when wearing it filled with clothes. Hope these two parts will be fixed soon. If so, I consider buying the shell + wardrobe again in the future.

Super dissapointed , after 7 months I have got my shoes yet, you guys cheated on me, I genuinely trusted you but turned out you are lacking professionalism and respect for customers. I am asking for a refund immediately and don't want to know about you never.

Ordered my Jungle Night Blue in May and still have not received them in December. Asking for a product review further demonstrates you are quite overwhelmed with this process. Hope to receive my order soon.

customer service is quick and nice but it took them 8 months to send me a poor quality product. would not recommend it.
